Hi, my name is Sara Lee , also known as sblarts online. I'm an illustrator and award-winning graphic designer currently based in New York. After graduating, I've been working as a graphic designer in the motion graphics industry for several years. I've since left the industry and have been focused on my independent art practice. I especially love drawing people. Much of my work is figurative with a mix of pop and surreal. I explore the complexities of emotion by expressing intimate struggles with depression and anxiety. My distinctive style features rosy cheeks, amoeba shapes, and vibrant colors, blending bright graphic elements with soft natural forms. My work commonly portrays femininity in a dreamlike state.
